Employers using JobsVietUSA agree that every job listing must represent a genuine employment opportunity.
Listings must provide truthful information regarding the employer, location, duties, compensation when stated, requirements, and application process.
The following are prohibited:
- fake or misleading jobs;
- pyramid schemes or deceptive business opportunities;
- requests for applicants to pay money to obtain a job;
- impersonation of another company;
- unlawful discriminatory requirements;
- jobs involving illegal activity;
- misleading compensation claims;
- harvesting applicant information for unrelated marketing;
- requests for unnecessary financial or identity information.
The FTC warns that fraudulent recruiters may impersonate legitimate companies and post fake jobs on employment platforms, including attempts to obtain money or personal information.
JobsVietUSA may request verification such as a company website, business email, business registration information, licensing information where applicable, or other evidence that an employer and opportunity are legitimate.
JobsVietUSA reserves the right to reject or remove any listing at its discretion to protect users and the integrity of the platform.
